Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Shiyawase Studio's ("we", "us") free consumer apps and services — including Home Blessed (a personal & family finance and travel tracker) and our puzzle games Dungeon Diary and Logic Dungeon (together, the "Apps"). Our business product Event Blessed has its own separate Terms of Service. By using an App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Apps

The Apps are personal tools provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We may update, improve, or change them over time, and we may add or retire features.

2. Not professional advice

Home Blessed helps you record and understand your own money and travel plans. It is a personal record-keeping tool — not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. The figures it shows are for your information only. You are responsible for your own financial decisions, and you should verify important numbers yourself.

3. Accounts

Where an App uses an account, you are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate details.

4. Free to use

The Apps covered by these Terms are currently free to use. If we ever introduce paid features, we will make that clear before you are charged. (Event Blessed's separate subscription terms do not apply to these Apps.)

5. Family & sharing

Home Blessed lets you invite another person into a "family" to share selected accounts and records. Anything you mark as shared becomes visible to the members you link with, according to your in-app settings; accounts you keep private stay yours. Only invite people you trust, and only share what you are comfortable sharing.

6. Your data

The data you enter remains yours. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Apps, attempt to disrupt them or gain unauthorised access, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer & liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Apps are provided without warranties of any kind, and Shiyawase Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including any financial loss arising from decisions you make using an App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law.

9. Termination

You may stop using an App at any time and may request deletion of your account and associated data. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
