Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Shiyawase Studio ("we") collects across our free consumer apps — Home Blessed (personal & family finance and travel) and our games Dungeon Diary and Logic Dungeon — and how we use it. Our business product Event Blessed has its own separate Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account details (Home Blessed): the email address and display name you sign up with.
• The data you enter (Home Blessed): your finance records, accounts, budgets, trips and grocery lists — the content you create to track your money and travel.
• AI helper chats and photos (Home Blessed): if you use an AI helper, the messages you send it and the replies you get are saved, so the chat is still there next time. Photos or files you attach to a message (for example a photo of a receipt), and a profile photo if you add one, are stored too. If you report an AI reply as wrong or offensive, we keep that reply and the reason you give, so we can review it; deleting your account deletes your reports too.
• Games: Dungeon Diary and Logic Dungeon are single-player and played on your device; see their individual policies (Dungeon Diary, Logic Dungeon) for details.
• Basic technical/usage data needed to operate and secure the apps.

2. How we use it

To provide the apps and sync your data across your devices, to operate the features you use (including family sharing and the AI helpers), and to keep the apps secure. We do not sell your data.

3. Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to run our apps:

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage hosting (your account, the data you enter, your chats, and the photos and files you upload)
• Cloudflare — application hosting/delivery
• Anthropic (Claude) — the AI model behind Home Blessed's AI helpers, described below
• OpenAI — a second AI model for the same helpers, used only on accounts where the GPT option has been switched on, described below
• GitHub — receives a problem or feature report if you ask an AI helper to send one to our developers, described below

Supabase and Cloudflare process data only as needed to deliver their services.

The AI helpers in Home Blessed. Home Blessed has two AI helpers: Little Racc (小狸) for your money and Little Trip (小旅) for your trips. They are optional. The rest of the app works the same if you never use them, and nothing is sent to an AI provider unless you use one — by sending it a message, or by ticking "Let Little Trip suggest places" when you create a trip. A helper runs on a model from Anthropic (Claude). On accounts where the GPT option has been switched on, it can run on a model from OpenAI instead.

When you use a helper, the app sends this to the AI provider so the helper can answer you:

• your message, and any photos or files you attach (up to three per message). Photos and PDFs are passed on as short-lived links that stop working after five minutes; the text inside a text file is sent as text;
• the recent chat: the last 30 messages, and the photos from the last four messages that had photos;
• your display name, the name of the person you are linked with, and any private nicknames you gave family members;
• for Little Racc: a snapshot of the records in your Home Blessed account and family group — accounts and balances, recent transactions, recurring items, grocery lists, bills, money owed to you, loans, budgets, planned items and this month's totals. An account that another person keeps private is left out;
• for Little Trip: the trip it is helping with — the itinerary, places, prices, notes, budget and the payments recorded for that trip. If you tick "Let Little Trip suggest places", it also gets the destination, dates, number of people, budget and travel style you entered;
• the result of anything the helper does for you, such as the expense it has just recorded.

We do not send your email address or your password to them. How Anthropic and OpenAI handle the data they receive is covered by their own privacy terms: Anthropic's privacy policy and OpenAI's privacy policy. If you would rather not share this data with them, do not use the AI helpers.

If you ask a helper to report a problem or suggest a feature, it writes a short report from what you told it and posts it as an issue on GitHub for our developers. GitHub's own privacy terms apply. Only use this if you are happy for the text of the report to be shared that way.

4. Family sharing

In Home Blessed, if you link with another person, the data you mark as shared becomes visible to them according to your in-app settings.

For an account you keep private, its records and balance stay yours — the people you are linked with cannot see what is in it. Two things about a private account are not hidden from them, and you should know about both before you rely on it:

• Its name is still visible to the people you are linked with, so that they can choose it as the destination when they transfer money to you.
• They can record a transfer into it. They still cannot see its balance, or any of the other records in it.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your Home Blessed account yourself in the app — see Deleting your Home Blessed account below — or you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us. In Little Racc's chat window, Clear chat deletes your chat history with it and the photos you sent in it.

6. Deleting your Home Blessed account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, inside the app. You need an internet connection. Go to Settings → Delete my account → Delete forever.

This permanently deletes your account: your wallets and everything in them, your trips, lists, chats and photos, and your login. It cannot be undone. You will leave your family. Your partner keeps their own accounts, and records you added to their accounts stay with them.

If you want a copy first, tap Export my data in the same place. It downloads everything that is yours in Home Blessed as one JSON file.

If you cannot use the app, email support@shiyawase.com, tell us the email address you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account.

7. Security

Access to your data is protected by authentication and per-account access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us using the email below.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in-app or on this page.
