Refund Policy

Free trial

Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with no charge and no card required, so you can fully evaluate Event Blessed before paying.

Subscriptions

Because a free trial is provided, subscription fees (RM 30 / month or RM 300 / year) are generally non-refundable once charged.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from within the app to stop future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; it is not renewed afterward.

Billing problems

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or believe there is a billing mistake, contact us within 14 days and we will review it and issue a refund where appropriate.
