Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Event Blessed (the "Service"), a point-of-sale and business-operations application operated by Shiyawase Studio ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Event Blessed lets food pop-up vendors take orders, manage inventory, events, staff and view reports. We provide the Service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis and may update or improve it over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate contact details.

3. Subscriptions & billing

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription: RM 30 / month or RM 300 / year. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from within the app to stop future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices may change with prior notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Your data

Business and operational data you enter remains yours. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer & liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Shiyawase Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
